We act solely as an agent in offering, arranging, or booking flight tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals, and other travel-related services provided by third-party suppliers (including, but not limited to, airlines, consolidators, hotel operators, and tour service providers, collectively referred to as "Travel Suppliers").

• No Direct Operation: Agentedeviaje does not own, manage, operate, control, or provide any aircraft, flights, hotels, or transport services.
• Supplier Rules: All tickets, travel passes, vouchers, and reservations issued through Agentedeviaje are subject to the individual terms, conditions, rules, and tariffs established by the respective Travel Supplier.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

• Pricing & Availability: All fare quotes, hotel rates, and availability displayed on our Website or provided over the phone are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is fully confirmed and e-tickets/vouchers are officially issued.
• Payment Authorization: By providing payment details (credit card, debit card, or electronic payment), you authorize Agentedeviaje and its authorized payment processors or Travel Suppliers to charge the full total amount for your requested travel reservation, including any applicable agency service fees, taxes, and supplier charges.
• Price Changes Prior to Issuance: In the rare event of a fare increase, tax adjustment, or technical error prior to ticket issuance, we reserve the right to inform you of the price difference before finalizing the transaction. You retain the right to approve the updated price or cancel the booking without penalty prior to issuance.
• Fraud Prevention: To protect against fraudulent credit card activity, Agentedeviaje reserves the right to request additional verification documents (such as government-issued photo identification or credit card authorization forms) before issuing tickets.

4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Modifications

• Supplier Rules Prevail: Cancellations, refunds, flight modifications, name changes, and exchanges are strictly governed by the ticket rules, fare conditions, and policies of the respective Travel Supplier (e.g., airline or hotel operator).
• Non-Refundable Fares: Many flight fares and promotional hotel rates are strictly non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable according to airline/supplier policy.
• Agency Service Fees: Agentedeviaje may charge reasonable administrative or processing fees for handling booking changes, cancellations, or refund requests on your behalf. All agency service fees charged by Agentedeviaje are non-refundable, regardless of whether the underlying Travel Supplier approves or denies a refund or modification request.
• Schedule Changes & Flight Cancellations: Travel Suppliers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule flights at their discretion. Agentedeviaje is not responsible for supplier-initiated schedule changes, flight delays, missed connections, or cancellations, but will make reasonable efforts to assist passengers in finding alternative flights per supplier policies.

5. Travel Documentation and Health Requirements

Passengers are solely responsible for obtaining and verifying all necessary travel documentation prior to departure, including but not limited to:

• Passports & Visas: Valid passports (often required to be valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel return date), entry visas, transit visas, and re-entry permits.
• Health & Entry Compliance: Vaccination certificates, health declarations, insurance coverage, and compliance with entry regulations of destination and transit countries (including the United States, European Union / Netherlands, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Panama, Peru, and others).
• Denied Boarding: Agentedeviaje accepts no liability if a passenger is denied boarding, entry, or transit due to failure to possess valid travel documentation or comply with health regulations.

6. User Conduct and Website Misuse

You agree to use this Website strictly for legitimate travel inquiries, reservations, and purchases for yourself or persons for whom you are legally authorized to act. You agree that you will NOT:

• Make any false, fraudulent, or speculative reservations or bookings in anticipation of demand.
• Use any automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or spiders to access, collect, or index data from our Website without explicit written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or materials that compromise website functionality or data security.

In all events, our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount of agency service fees paid directly to Agentedeviaje for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flyza Travel LLC, its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your misuse of this Website.

10. Governing Law and International Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of our Website or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
